Our nationally-recognized training programs empower individuals in dealing with conflict, aggression, and violence in the workplace. Whether you are an individual, or represent an agency, we have the Basic and Instructor Course Certifications that YOU need.

We know that a one-size-fits-all training program does not meet the needs of everyone, so we’ve structured our courses to meet the scheduling, budgetary, and operational needs of your agency.

Instructor Training
Instructor training—where we “train the trainer” is the most cost-effective method of introducing and retaining our training programs for your agency. By certifying some of your staff as instructors, you’ll always have someone on-staff who is qualified to train other staff members and new hires on an as-needed basis.

Instructor Seminars
Instructor Training courses vary from one-day instructor certifications, up to three-day instructor courses. Courses are offered in cities throughout the US. And if you need us to come to you, we also offer on-site training for agencies who want to train their staff as instructors.

Basic Training
Basic Course Certifications are on-site courses where PSTI will come to you and train your staff at your place of business. We offer several different courses to meet your Safety Training needs: 2-hour classes, 4-hour classes, one-day classes, and intensive two-day classes. A minimum number of attendees are required for on-site basic training programs. We will also tailor our courses to meet your individual needs.
