This comprehensive (non-physical) Instructor certification program will allow the attendees to train and certify staff how to effectively and efficiently diffuse anxious or aggressive behavior, avoid violence, injuries, minimize lawsuits and create confidence to deal with anxious and aggressive people. Participants must be private or public safety personnel (security, law-enforcement, corrections, military, loss prevention and protective services).
~ After successful completion you will be authorized to train and certify staff in the: MOAB® Public Safety Intro. (4hour),  and the MOAB® 1-day Public Safety basic course.
