David Fowler is the founder and president of (PSTI) Personal Safety Training Incorporated as well as the author of the book ”Be Safe Not Sorry” – the art and science of keeping YOU and your family safe from crime and violence as well as the  AVADE® Seminars series and training materials. Dave is also the author of SOCS® (Security Oriented Customer Service) training program and training manual. Mr. Fowler is responsible for the overall management and operations of PSTI, which offers seminars, training, consulting, and protective details. Since 1990, David has been involved security operations, training, and protective services.

David has worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of agencies and corporations throughout the United Stated and Canada. His presentations have included international, national and local seminars. David’s thorough understanding of safety and security, martial science and the philosophy of peace add an exciting and interesting approach to his style of presentation.

David is a certified master instructor in several nationally recognized training programs such as: Workplace Violence Prevention, Code (Gray/Dr. Strong) Team Training, Handcuffing, Expandable Baton, Defensive Tactics, and more…. David has certified and trained thousand of individuals in these programs and others throughout the United Statesand abroad.

He is a Graduate of (ESI) Executive Security International’s advanced Executive Protection Program and the Protective Intelligence and Investigations program. He is a member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security), The International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association (ILEETA) the International Association of Healthcare Safety & Security (IAHSS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management.
